On Thursday, November 4, 2021 the City of Kansas City, Missouri honored 50 year Local 42 member Raymond Elder for his decades of service to KCFD and IAFF Local 42.

The Kansas City, Missouri City Council introduced a Resolution naming Raymond S. Elder the Official Historian of the Kansas City, Missouri Fire Department.

Congratulations to Brother Elder and thank you for your many years of service.
