Funeral Arrangements for IAFF Local 42 member and NKCFD Captain Mark Skeens are as follows: Visitation will be on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 5:00 till 8:00 PM. Funeral will July 28, 2018 9:30 AM at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, located at 1600 MO-291, Liberty, MO 64068. Burial will be at 2 PM in Bethany, MO.
