Recently an E-mail communication has been distributed widely to some of our members and it pretends to be from Nationwide Loan Company. The E-mail talks about low interest rate loans and asks that you provide detailed personal information to the person who originated the communication. This communication did not originate from Nationwide Financial Corporation and is classified as “phishing”, which is a term used for fraudulent E-mails attempting to access your personal information to steal ones personal identification.
If you received this communication please do not respond to the E-mail or click on any links connected to the communication. If you have responded to this communication you may want to contact your lending institution immediately.
