Kansas Citians Overwhelming Approve Renewal of Earnings Tax

On Tuesday, April 5, 2011, a Special Election was held in Kansas City, Missouri regarding the 1% Kansas City Earning Tax. Voters overwhelming renewed the Earnings Tax which counts for approximately 38% of the City's General Fund Revenue each year. The final results for this election were as follows:
