Consistent with the policy adopted by the membership that any member who attends at least seven (7) monthly Union Meetings he/she is eligible to receive a Black Wool & Leather Jacket with the IAFF Logo. Each year five (5) names are drawn randomly from a list of eligible candidates and the winners from 2010 are as follows:
