New York City Says NO to Wal-Mart

Last week in New York City, representatives from Labor Unions, Community Groups, and Elected Officials held a rally on the steps at City Hall. Stuart Applebaum (at podium), President of the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (UFCW) addresses the crowd during this rally sending a loud and clear message to Wal-Mart that New Yorkers don’t want that retailer in their city. The theme of this campaign is called “Keep NYC Wal-Mart Free”. Read more about this event at RWDSU website.
