It has been discovered that some of our members’ names have been added to petitions for the upcoming Statutory Amendment to Chapter 92, Relating to Earnings Taxes 2010-077, which directly impacts the City of Kansas City, MO.
We are asking ALL members to fill out the attached affidavit and return it to Local 42 and we will notarize the form and forward it to the Secretary of State’s Office.
We have also added a new section in the Members Resources section of the website entitled E-Tax Affidavit where a member can download this form and print it from your home computer.
